GUITAR TALENT EDUCATION

There is a wide variety of music that students may be interested in when they first want to pick up the guitar. For instance one student may just want to learn to strum chords on an acoustic guitar, one may want to learn to sight read to play the classical guitar, and still another may want to crank up their amp to 10 and jam out some Metallica riffs!

We offer a number of different beginning to advanced lesson plans that can typically satisfy the interests of each student - if you don't see what you may be looking for please ask - we will typically customize the lesson structure based on the students interests whether it may be blues, rock, folk, pop, classical, metal, etc.

All lessons set the student up for what they need to develop a strong foundation on the guitar. Everyone will be coached in proper ways to practice, correct hand positions, use of picks or fingers, efficiency in all aspects of playing, good tone production, control, how to transition between chords, efficient fingering, and most importantly - UNDERSTANDING of HOW we are doing thing and WHY we are doing them.

The general idea is we are setting you up for everything to become efficient and - in the end - easy for you to play.
